About Torisa-Ventures
Practical transport compliance advice from someone who has worked in the industry — not a call centre, not a generic legal service.
Who We Are
Torisa-Ventures was set up to give Irish road haulage and passenger transport operators access to straightforward, affordable compliance advice — the kind that used to require an expensive consultant or a solicitor who didn't really know the sector.
We work exclusively with operators, transport managers, and drivers in Ireland. We understand the pressures of running a fleet, dealing with the RSA, and keeping on top of rules that change more often than most people realise.
Background and Credentials
Transport Manager CPC
Holder of the Certificate of Professional Competence in Road Haulage — the qualification required by law to manage a licensed haulage operation in Ireland and across the EU.
Practical Industry Experience
Years of hands-on experience working within the Irish road transport sector — not just advising from the outside, but understanding how operations actually run day to day.
RSA Regulatory Knowledge
In-depth knowledge of RSA enforcement, roadside checks, premises inspections, and the operator licence system — including what inspectors look for and how to prepare.
EU and Domestic Rules
Up to date on EU drivers' hours regulations, domestic rules, tachograph legislation, and the working time rules that apply to mobile workers in Ireland.
